· Please keep the questions short (typically 3-4 lines) and enable us to answer more questions. It has been our experience that short questions would be applicable to more people and hence answering them would be of greater benefit to the public. On the contrary, long questions incorporating facts of a specific individual case is unlikely to be answered.

· Also, please do not include personal information as we may publish the question and answers as FAQ elsewhere on the website. However, please state the city and country you are writing from.

· The law firm applies the following criteria in answering questions in order to ensure that the service benefits more people:

o First come first served

o Shorter questions get answered sooner than longer ones

o Questions that are of general interest are answered relatively quickly than others

o Questions on topic currently in the news will have greater priority

o Questions are answered once a week, and we try our level best to answer as many questions as possible. We sincerely hope you understand that some questions may not be answered either due to time constraints or the firm’s criteria stated above.
