Schedule Consultation
Persons seeking legal representation with our law firm may schedule a telephonic or in-person consultation with the attorney. In order to do so, we request that you complete the following immigration Client Information Form in full and send it to our office by clicking on the Submit button at the end of the form. 

Also, please fax all relevant documents to our office at (215) 348-2273 at least 24 hours prior to your consultation.

The information contained in the form should be about the person seeking a new visa, change of status, extension of stay, permanent residence, citizenship or any other immigration service or benefit It is important that the form be completed in its entirety. If you are a citizen or permanent resident seeking immigration benefits for a relative, the information contained in the form should be about the relative. If you are an employer seeking to sponsor one or more employees, a separate form must be completed for each employee.

We will contact you to schedule a consultation within 24 hours after you have submitted the completed form and faxed all relevant documents. The fee for the initial 30 minute consultation is $ 125.00 and is payable by check. If you retain our services within 7 days of the consultation, we will be happy to credit the entire consultation fee towards the costs of your case.

Having a consultation with our attorney does not establish an attorney-client relationship.

On the day of telephonic consultation please call the office at (215) 348-1223 at the time scheduled. If it is necessary for you to cancel or reschedule your consultation, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled consultation time to obtain a complete refund.

All information contained in the immigration questionnaire and the faxed documents will be kept strictly confidential and will not be released without your permission.
